Ministries - LEadership development

Leadership development programs and trainings are offered for both clergy and lay persons through the diocesan Office of Congregational Development and the Office of Christian Formation.  These offerings include the Fresh Start program for clergy on new calls, the Callahan Conference on strategies for effective congregations, workshops at Diocesan Convention and the spring Leadership and Ministry Fair.
