Episcopal Charities and Community Services (ECCS) is a network of 12 social service agencies organized as official agencies of the Diocese of Chicago, and linked throughh the ECCS central office at the Episcopal Church Center in Chicago.

To transform lives, Episcopal Charities and Community Services supports and strengthens its partner agencies, congregational outreach programs, and other faith-based ministries of Christian service that offer hope to all people in Northern Illinois.

For nearly fifty years, God has used the ministry of Episcopal Charities and Community Services to transform lives in the Diocese of Chicago.  Today, this social outreach is accomplished through the work of ECCS’ acclaimed partner agencies and, increasingly, through its own initiatives.

2009 Bishop's Ball

The 2009 Bishop's Ball benefit for Episcopal Charities and Community Services will be held Friday November 6 at the Palmer House Hilton in the Loop. Reception and silent auction begin at 6 pm followed by dinner and live auction at 7:30 pm. The evening concludes with dancing until midnight. Tickets are $250 per person.
