Congregations CommissionThe Congregations Commission is focused on building and supporting vital congregations in the Diocese of Chicago. The Commission accomplishes this work through dispensing and monitoring a variety of grants, providing assessment tools, connecting congregations with the appropriate members of the bishop’s staff for help with increasing vitality, including leadership development, strategic planning, worship enrichment, Christian formation, stewardship, and other areas of congregational life. The Commission also offers periodic training events.
