certification of delegates

Parishes are entitled to elect three lay delegates and missions are entitled to nominate two lay delegates for appointment by the ecclesiastical authority. Delegates must be certified in writing by the rector, vicar, or priest-in-charge. Completed certificates should be returned to Secretary of Convention, c/o Barbara Rasero,, Diocese of Chicago, St. James Commons, 65 E. Huron St., Chicago, IL 60611.

All clergy canonically resident in the diocese are entitled to a seat at convention. By canon it is the duty of all clergy entitled to seat at convention to attend the convention. Clergy unable to attend should notify the Secretary of Convention, the Ven. Elaine Bellis, in writing: c/o Barbara Rasero, Diocese of Chicago, 65 E. Huron St., Chicago 60611.
