Be in the Know!

Check out the website for news updates, resources for clergy and lay leaders, information about the diocese's many ministries, and stories about the work that God is doing in our communities. Looking for something specific? Use the "search" link in the upper-right corner of any page and check out the "Quick Links" and "Church Links" at the bottom of every page. If you like to navigate using an outline, use the "site map" link in the upper-right corner of any page.
News from the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago
Our main email newsletter is published every other Wednesday. Sign up online and encourage the members of your congregation and friends to do the same! If you want to send us a list of people from your congregation to subscribe, we can do that, but you have to have permission from everyone on the list first.
If you'd like to send an event to be considered for the email newsletter, please send it to Jen Boyle Tucker via email. Please include:
- Date and time
- Place including full address
- Cost, if any
- A brief (approximately 25-50 words) description
- A website link for more information
The deadline is Tuesday at noon before Wednesday publication, and events can be published in up to three issues of the email newsletter.
Anyone can sign up to receive this email newsletter, which is published every other Wednesday on an alternating schedule with the main email newsletter (see above). It is intended primarily for lay leaders and clergy in congregations of the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago and includes training opportunities, deadline reminders, governance notices, and clergy news.
We strive to make Leadership News quick and to-the-point, so it doesn't include congregational events or other general-interest news that appears in the main email newsletter. Questions? Please email Jen Boyle-Tucker.
News for Youth Ministry
This occasional email newsletter includes news for youth leaders and parents about the diocese's youth ministry programs and resources. Sign up online and email Chad Senuta, associate for youth and campus ministry, to learn more.
