Diocesan Foundation Common Fund

The Diocesan Foundation (Common Fund), founded in 1952, is a collective investment vehicle available to congregations and diocesan organizations (Investors). There are more than thirty Investors and the Common Fund had a net asset value of more than $28 million at December 31, 2018.

Some Common Fund Investors have more than one investment account, which include titles such as non-designated; endowment; named endowment; churchyard; music; outreach; plant replacement; building and housing.

At December 31, 2018 the unit value was $54.20 and in October, the Trustees approved the payment of $1.96 per unit in 2019. Also, the weighted average of all costs in 2018 was 9.1 basis points.
